Product Marketer
A bit about us:
Virtuoso's mission is to enable and lead the world's quality-first revolution. The field of QA has not kept pace with the software industry's transition to CI/CD. We are fixing that.
Virtuoso has reimagined how software is tested by developing a game-changing platform that is already being used by the biggest names in software. We passionately believe that anyone should be able to create and maintain tests regardless of their technical skill, and that quality is a key driver for change and growth. The latest advances in AI and Machine Learning have been leveraged to produce test automation software that thinks like a human, empowers everyone to test, and for the first time delivers on the promise of codeless test automation. Achieving remarkable success has become a business-as-usual activity for us and we need to rapidly expand our team for that to continue to increase. Want to join the quality-first revolution? Then read on.
A company without borders with employees that make an impact worldwide, with offices and a remote team spread across the globe. The nature of our product is reflected in our thorough and agile culture. We do the right things fast and our application process is no different. We want exceptional people and we will act to get them.
About the Role:
This is a high-execution product marketing role. You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, GTM, and Leadership to bring the product story to market clearly, consistently, and at speed.
Positioning and messaging direction is set by leadership. Your job is to own the execution of that strategy across every surface it touches. You are the connective tissue between what the product does and how the market understands it.
If you move fast, take ownership, produce high-quality work across multiple formats, and want your output to directly drive pipeline, this is the role.
What we would like to see in you:
Product to Market Execution: Translate product updates, feature releases, and roadmap milestones into clear, compelling content across all channels. Own "What's New" articles, release announcements, product emails, and website updates. When something ships, you make sure the market knows about it and understands why it matters.
Positioning and Messaging Execution: Carry leadership-defined positioning into every asset, campaign, and conversation. Ensure message consistency across the website, collateral, social content, and campaign materials. Flag drift, close gaps, and keep the narrative sharp as the product evolves.
Business Development Support: Produce outreach assets, one-pagers, campaign-specific collateral, and persona-targeted content that arms the business development team for prospecting and outbound. Work closely with BD to understand what resonates in the field and update materials accordingly.
Organic Social and Lead Generation: Own organic social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms relevant to the developer and QA community. Build a consistent content rhythm across channels around product updates, customer proof, tester education, and category-relevant thought leadership. Adapt format and tone per platform: long-form perspective and professional narrative on LinkedIn, real-time commentary and community engagement on X, and explainer and demo content on YouTube. Identify where your buyers spend time, test new platforms with intent, and treat organic social as a lead generation engine, not a broadcast function. Track what drives inbound interest and optimise relentlessly.
AI Visibility and Citation Strategy : Own Virtuoso's presence in AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini. Execute a structured strategy to earn citations on high-authority third-party websites, industry publications, analyst roundups, comparison pages, and community platforms that AI models draw from when answering buyer questions. Identify the queries your ICP asks AI tools, audit where Virtuoso appears or is absent, and build a content and PR plan to close those gaps. Work with the SEO function to align this with broader organic visibility efforts. Treat AI citation as a long-term distribution channel, not a vanity metric.
Website Conversion and SEO Support: Support website conversion performance by ensuring landing pages, product pages, and campaign assets carry sharp, consistent messaging. Work closely with the SEO function to align content with search intent, support keyword-targeted pages, and ensure product messaging reinforces organic growth efforts.
Experimentation and Conversion: Run structured experiments across landing pages, pricing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion surfaces. Every test has a clear hypothesis, a measurable outcome, and a learning loop. Prioritise the highest-leverage bets based on business impact and user behaviour.
Lifecycle and Conversion Journeys: Build and improve lifecycle journeys across email, nurture flows, and in-product communication covering onboarding, activation, trial conversion, retention, and upsell. Treat lifecycle as a revenue function, not a content calendar.
Case Studies and Customer Content: Learn about customers, surface measurable business impact, and produce short-form proof points and long-form case studies. Own the full cycle from customer identification to published and distributed assets.
Webinars and Live Content: Lead and co-host webinars. Own the product narrative, not just the slides. Represent the product credibly in front of a live audience of prospects and customers.
Explainer and Video Content: Write scripts and define narrative structure for product explainer videos and feature walkthroughs. Collaborate with design on visual storytelling that makes the product tangible for the target buyer.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 years in B2B SaaS product marketing. The range is intentional. We care far more about what you have shipped and what it moved than how many years you have been doing it.
Achiever Mentality: You have a track record of outcomes, not just activity. You set a goal, figure out how to hit it, and do not stop until you do. You are proud of the work you ship and hold yourself to a high standard without needing someone to hold you accountable.
Intelligent and Curious: You pick things up fast. You ask the right questions. You can get to grips with a technical product, understand the buyer's world, and find the insight that connects the two. You are not intimidated by complexity.
Technical Comfort: You do not need to code. You do need to be comfortable with technical products, understand how something works at a functional level, and explain it clearly to a non-technical buyer.
AI Native: You use AI tools as a core part of how you work, for research, content production, competitive intelligence, and experimentation. Not as a trend. As a default.
Strong Communicator: Direct, concise, and outcome-oriented in everything you write. No filler. No corporate language. You write the way smart people talk.
